This is remote Colorado mountain land just 2 miles from the New Mexico border. It's just a 2 1/2 hour drive to Santa Fe to enjoy the charm of that New Mexico town. The Reserve covers 2000 acres, with 1400 acres set aside as a wildlife sanctuary and community open space for the non-motorized enjoyment of property owners. Most lots are 3 acres, but Phase II is larger parcels south of Hwy 84. Covenants, all-weather roads, central water, and underground utilities.
The area features small private lakes stocked with bass, bluegill, and rainbow and brown trout. There is also a private hot springs area for use of property owners.

Directions: Take the scenic drive down Hwy 84 nearly to the NM border. Crowley is about 26 miles south on the east side of the highway.
