Lake Hatcher Park is located about 6 miles north of Hwy 160 at the north end of Pagosa Lakes

Lake Hatcher is a stocked fishing lake and reservoir about 6 miles north of Hwy 160

Most of the lots are approximately 1/4- acre; some are lakefront. The homes of Lake Hatcher Park dot the west side of the lake, where the terrain is relatively flat with few trees. The national forest to the west has trees in abundance.  Included in the Pagosa Lakes Property Owners Association (PLPOA).
