Pagosa Hills is built on the hills northwest of downtown

The area was subdivided in the 1970's.  There are heavily wooded areas and open meadow areas, with many of the lots offering expansive mountain views.   Lots range from .5 acre to over 4 acres.   There is a mobile home area on Bienvenido Circle with smaller lots.   Roads are gravel.  There is central water; most lots have central sewer, some not.

 

 

Directions:  Take Pike Drive north off Hwy 160 at Big O Tires -- that's it.
