Pagosa Trails

 

Pagosa Trails is an area of modest homes at the west end of Pagosa Lakes

The Trails is at the western edge of Pagosa Lakes, north of Hwy 160

There are several modest homes built here, but a large portion of the subdivision is not yet developed.  Included in the Pagosa Lakes Property Owners Association (PLPOA). 

 

 

Directions:  From Hwy 160, turn north onto Trails Blvd.  The subdivision begins just a short distance from the highway.
