The Ranch Community

The Ranch Community features a 160-acre central community open space

The layout is basically small acreage lots, mostly one and two acres, surrounding the open space in the center of the development. Most of the terrain is wide open meadow with awesome mountain views, though part of the area along N. Pagosa Blvd. is wooded. Ranch POA in addition to annual PLPOA dues.

Directions: The Ranch Community is to the east of North Pagosa Blvd, about 2 miles north of Hwy 160.
