The Reserve offers upscale access to a really beautiful part of the San Juan National Forest

It's a new development still under construction, covering 239 acres, bordered by national forest on 3 sides, with 100+ acres of protected open space. The 140 home sites are predominately .3 to .5 acre in size. Paved roads, central water and sewer, underground utilities and on-site caretaker and concierge services.

The Reserve is located at the northernmost tip of the Pagosa Lakes area

Directions: Travel north from Hwy 160 on Piedra Road (CR 600) about six miles. The Reserve has two entrances on the east side of the road.
