Forest and meadow - Twincreek offers both

The area west of N. Pagosa Blvd. is mostly wooded and some of those lots border Martinez Canyon (National Forest). East of N. Pagosa Blvd. the terrain is mostly rolling meadow north of the equestrian center, with wooded areas on the Piedra Road side. Smaller lots - most are 1/4 to 1/3 acre. Included in the Pagosa Lakes Property Owners Association (PLPOA).

Directions: Travel north on N Pagosa Blvd for about 3 miles. Twincreek Village spans both sides of the road over to Piedra Road to the east and back to Martinez Canyon to the west.
