PLAT MAPS

This handy application allows you to view the plat for an individual land parcel and the parcels that are around it. The measuring tool icon is a little ruler and it will instantly calculate the approximate dimensions and acreage of the selected lot. Data is from the Archuleta County Assessor's office via Lynx Geosystems Parcel Pro software.

 

To view the land plat for a specific listing: Pull up the MLS# listing in the proper MLS Property Search engine - Visual IDX. (dsSearchAgent does not display parcel numbers.) Find the 12-digit Parcel number in the listing detail (Parcel: 569928130072). In the plat map application, select Search For: Parcel Number and enter the parcel number. Click Search ... and then GO to pull up the plat image. Contact me if this instruction is not clear - I'm happy to talk you through the process.
